This session will provide knowledge and activities to create a program that respects differences, develop an inclusive environment, and ensures your program is accessible to everyone. Topics covered include equity vs equality, awareness, unconscious bias (or implicit bias), cultural sensitivity, and skills-based diversity including inclusive communication and empathy.
