The CDE's EXLD has a new 2020-21 Expanded Learning FPM Instrument which has some significant adjustments from previous FPM instruments due to our unique circumstances in schools this year. This training session for grant management teams will highlight the changes to the 2020-21 Expanded Learning Instrument and also share how compliance with the various fiscal and program requirements helps improve the quality of Expanded Learning Programs. This is in alignment with the Expanded Learning Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process. The CQI process requires programs to submit evidence of a data-driven program quality improvement process based on the CDE's guidance on program quality standards.
