Summer-A time for Discovery!

 This learning series will take you through the steps needed to develop and plan an engaging program for the youth in your programs.  Over the course of the 5 sessions, you will learn how to develop your summer goals, plan your theme(s), plan out your weeks, and create a daily and weekly schedule complete with All Camp activities, and special events.   Learn how to create and incorporate English Language Arts, Math, STEAM, Art, Technology activities into your summer theme.  Attend one training or all five!

Part 1:  Where to start:  Planning your summer goals, action planning and CQI, creating the unique summer environment.

Part 2:  The power of Inquiry and project based learning, daily and weekly schedules, best practices for summer programs.

Part 3:  Disguising English Language Arts and Math during summer.

Part 4:  Incorporating STEAM in summer

Part 5:  Making summer fun, how to incorporate special events, themed activities, field trips, and more.
