The California AfterSchool Network (CAN) team will introduce a simpler and more user-friendly approach to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). 

All participants will learn the new 5-step process - Prepare, Assess, Plan, Improve/Implement, and Reflect - that allows each member of the team to engage in the improvement process and understand how they contribute to the overall success of the program.


The Zoom meeting link will be sent to registered participants 1 business day prior to the event.
