The TK/K 4-Part Series is designed to support the development and implementation of high-quality TK/K programming. The Expanded Learning Technical Assistance Unit (ELTAU) will utilize in-house TK/K tools, along with pertinent data, research, and resources, to create a professional development experience for Program Directors, Site Coordinators, and Frontline staff. 


This session will help Expanded Learning staff learn how TK/K students learn! We will utilize current research and consider the landscape of Early Learning Education across California and the impacts to program development. Additionally, we will examine how learning the cognitive development of TK/K students will help Expanded Learning staff plan and implement age-appropriate activities for early learners.
