Social Emotional Learning Series: In-Depth Exploration of Self-Awareness and Self-Management - Thursday, October 9, 2025

Date: 10-09-2025
Duration: 09:00 am - 11:00 am
Check In Time: 8:50am

Registration Deadline: 10-7-2025

Every day, we experience a range of feelings and emotions. We feel joy and excitement, frustration, and stress, and often a mix of many emotions at once. Our ability to recognize those feelings, emotions, and situations (self-awareness) is essential because that understanding better equips us to manage and shape what we experience (self-management.)

In this session, we are going to gain a deeper understanding of the intricate connection between the SEL competencies of self-awareness and self-management; how our brains interpret, develop patterns, and respond to situations; and explore practical and helpful strategies that guide us towards increasing wellness, efficacy, and fulfillment.
