We make countless decisions every day - some in the blink of an eye, others after careful thought. The way they make these decisions determines our health, safety, happiness, and success, as well as our relationships with the people around us and our community.

Responsible decision-making means pausing to consider options, thinking through consequences, and choosing paths that are caring, constructive, and aligned with our values. These decisions, big and small, also impact how we create and sustain relationships how we communicate, collaborate, and connect with the people.

In this session, we are going to delve into the SEL competencies of responsible decision-making and relationship skills; analyze how our decision-making process evolves over time; and experience strategies that strengthen communication skills, increase compassion and empathy, and foster a sense of community.
