In expanded learning programs, we focus so much on supporting students that sometimes we forget the importance of supporting ourselves. Your wellness matters, too. When we nurture our own well-being—emotionally, physically, and mentally—we are better able to show up fully, support others, and build meaningful connections with our colleagues and the students we serve. In this session, attendees will dive into best practices to prioritize and integrate daily wellness routines; experience tools and strategies that help us manage stress and stay grounded; and leave with an achievable personalized wellness plan. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to celebrate ourselves, connect with each other, and embrace the importance of making time for our own self-care.
