Social and emotional learning is something we do daily through every interaction, routine, relationship and response. In this engaging and practical workshop, participants will explore the five core SEL competencies through the lens of real-world implementation. Participants will experience hands-on activities, reflection and ready-to-use strategies that help students build confidence, connection, empathy and resilience. Participants will leave with practical tools to intentionally embed SEL into everyday moments and create environments where every student feels seen, supported and valued.
