Administrators will learn strategies for posting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, inducting and retaining staff, with an emphasis on creating a positive workplace culture. Participants will explore best practices for supporting staff development in the areas of compliance, competency, and capacity building. Attendees will understand how to design professional development plans that align with program goals and staff needs and be encouraged to develop a schedule of professional learning opportunities to ensure ongoing professional development for all staff.
