We also know that if we do not take care of ourselves, it becomes challenging to be there for the people in our lives – our loved ones, our students, our colleagues, and our community. In this session, attendees will reconnect to what matters and experience practical and meaningful tools and routines that will help them and their students feel good again and see our world as the amazing and wonderful place it is.
