to announce Cohort 11 of the Leadership Development Institute (LDI).
This institute will provide the tools for Site Coordinators
and Program Directors to succeed in their multiple roles as managers,
supervisors, coaches, leaders, and change agents for their expanded learning
programs. This learning series will help Site Coordinators and Program
Directors understand how to build the competency and capacity of their program
staff, which in turn will assist in developing and delivering high-quality
Expanded Learning programs.
Each LDI session will include a discussion of different
leadership competencies and information on how to develop and create a
generative social space for your program and staff.
Each session will end with a “to do,” allowing participants
to practice what they have learned before the next meeting.
This opportunity is for Site Coordinators and Program
Directors who are newer to working with Expanded Learning programs. Site
Coordinators and Program Directors must commit to attending all 9 sessions
throughout the year (September 2024 through May 2025). You must have your
supervisor’s permission/signature to attend this learning series.
