The School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is a strategic plan that maximizes the resources available to the school while minimizing duplication of effort with the ultimate goal of increasing student achievement. This session focuses on an overview of the SPSA and why it is important for Expanded Learning Program Administrators/Leadership to consider when designing Expanded Learning Program’s Academic Assistance and Enrichment offerings and how Expanded Learning Program Administrators/Leadership can be intentional in its support of school wide annual outcomes.
