This Family Engagement Webinar was designed to provide insight into creating an Expanded Learning program that is exciting and accessible to one of our most important stakeholders—our  families.  This webinar includes: defining Family Engagement, challenges that may arise, the best time to start planning, creative activities, and a list of helpful resources. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Expanded Learning field has been called upon to continue to serve our youth, through these unprecedented times.  Now, more than ever, we need the attention and support of the families that we serve, in order to provide the necessary care and love they deserve.

At www.gofarmersed.com, Farmers Insurance has a library of documentaries designed for elementary through high school students. Subjects include: social studies, U.S. and world history, ethnic studies, government, geography, law, economics, and the arts. The DVDs are available free of charge and can be obtained at local Farmers offices. The DVDs are accompanied by a workbook and curriculum.
